• All tickets must be booked in advance online and are valid only for the date and time selected.

• Last entry is 7pm. The trail will close promptly at 9pm.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Call of the Wild Zoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.

• This is an outdoor experience; please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear.

• Visitors must follow all safety signage and staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
