Terms & Conditions
- The purchase and possession of an admission ticket (whether purchased online or at the entrance) constitutes your acceptance to these terms and conditions.
- Admission tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Admission is only with a valid ticket on the date selected and number / type of persons shown on purchased tickets. We have the right to refuse entry if you do not have a valid ticket.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the ticket details are correct before arrival at Call of the Wild Zoo.
- Please ensure you have your e-tickets with the barcode ready on your phone when you arrive at the ticket desk or please have your tickets printed. It is your responsibility as the ticket owner to ensure you have this ready to avoid delays getting into the park.
- Exit and re-entry to Call of the Wild Zoo will only be allowed on verification of a valid ticket. If in the event of failing to show your valid ticket, you may be refused re-entry.
- Admission tickets purchased online are only valid if purchased on our official website callofthewildzoo.co.uk
- Children under 2 years old are free entry with a paid accompanied adult.
- Children (2 – 15 years) must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 16+ years. Children must NOT be left unattended at any time at Call of the Wild Zoo.
- Call of the Wild Zoo reserves the right to refuse entry due to actual or suspected fraudulent activity in the purchase or use of admission tickets.
- Call of the Wild Zoo has the right to ask visitors to leave the site at any time during their visit due to behaviour deemed inappropriate and in these circumstances no refund will be given.
- We have the right to refuse anyone under the influence of alcohol.
- Call of the Wild Zoo is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at the park – including, but not limited to, damage and losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons.
- No glass bottles or alcohol may be brought onto the site.
- No dogs (except guide dogs) or pets of any kind are allowed on site or to be left in cars in the car park at any time.
- If guide dogs are onsite, they are not allowed in any animal walk-in areas such as the Lemur walk-through, Australia Paddock, goat village or tropical house.
- Smoking and vapes are not permitted anywhere within the park. Smoking is only permitted in the designated space in the car park area.
- Personal data is only used by Call of the Wild Zoo. Data is not passed onto third party companies.
- Should we need to cancel a date due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to move the booking to another convenient date.
Tickets for visitors with disability and their Carer:
- Visitors with disability who have purchased a day ticket are permitted to bring one carer to enter with them free of charge during a visit. Any additional carers will need to pay an admission fee.
- Carers must bring supporting documents to gain free entry such as a DLA/PIP letter or access card. Failure to do so, may result in the carer having to pay admission.
- Carers are admitted to support the guest named on the ticket with their visit. A carer may not use a guest with disabilities ticket without the guest being present.
