Sloth Experience:
The minimum age requirement is 8 years old.
What to expect on the day:
Step into a calm, close-up encounter with one of nature’s most fascinating animals. Our sloth feeding experience gives you the rare opportunity to meet our two-toed sloth, learn about his unique behaviors and feed him in a safe, supervised setting. Guided by our keepers, you’ll discover what makes sloths so special while creating a memorable, feel-good moment that you won’t find anywhere else. Perfect for animal lovers looking for something truly different.
You will have plenty of opportunity to take some fantastic photographs so don’t forget to bring your camera!
Your animal experience will last for 30 minutes. Children must be 8+ years old to participate. Any children under 16 years old must be with a supervising adult. Supervising adults must purchase a "spectators/supervising adult ticket" available in the ticket listing. This ticket will cover costs for admission to the zoo all day. Any adult wishing to participate in the experience as well, must purchase a "participating ticket". Any annual members that will be acting as supervising adults, will not be required to pucrchase their ticket, but MUST show a valid membership on entry to the zoo!
Close Encounter Includes:
• VIP 1 to 1 experience
• Admission into the park is included with your VIP encounter.
• Meet your chosen animal
• Personalised Certificate
